Virtual Cash Register Training for Newcomer Women

Participants will learn how to:

• Process sales transactions, scan items, apply discounts, and initiate returns
• Use the language and communication skills needed to succeed in customer service roles
• Ask questions and receive guidance related to retail and employment opportunities

Eligibility: Permanent Residents and Convention Refugees.
