SMART (Supporting Mothers and Raising Toddlers)
SMART (Supporting Mothers and Raising Toddlers) is a play-based learning program for mothers with children aged 18 to 36 months. The program focuses on strengthening parent-child relationships, supporting early childhood development, connecting families to community resources, and building social networks among mothers.
