HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters)

HIPPY is a free home-based program for newcomer, immigrant, and refugee mothers with children aged 3 to 5 years old. The program helps families integrate into their Canadian communities and supports children in preparing for success in the Canadian school system.
