Digital Leadership Program

Join COSTI’s Digital Leadership Program and learn:

• Project management fundamentals, including how to start, plan, and complete projects
• Digital, communication, and leadership skills for today’s job market
• Professional communication and workplace readiness skills
• How to use digital tools in practical workplace settings
• Networking, mentorship, and volunteer opportunities
• Career pathways in nonprofit, healthcare, retail, and small business sectors
• Education and employment opportunities through personalized referrals

Over this 8-week program, newcomer women will gain valuable skills, explore career options, and build the confidence needed to enter the workforce, pursue further education, or take on leadership roles in their communities.

•  Digital Classes: Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00–8:30 PM
