Peel Region is culturally diverse with groups and associations that serve the needs of distinct ethnic communities. Ethno-cultural groups give newcomers an opportunity to connect with others who speak their language and share their culture. Many of these organizations offer special assistance to newcomers as well as provide social activities, events and opportunities to participate in specific cultural communities.
